Terms of use

Last updated October 23, 2026

Draft, not legal advice and not reviewed by a lawyer. Points marked “Needs confirmation” must be confirmed by the operator and counsel before Popping launches with real funds.

1.What Popping is

Popping is a website and a set of smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. For a Polymarket question, it mints one coin per outcome and opens a Uniswap v4 pool for each coin against ETH. When the question resolves, holders of the winning coin can redeem a share of the ETH in that market's pools.

The site you are using now is a demo running on a private test chain. No real funds are used and trading from your own wallet is switched off.

2.Eligibility

You may use Popping only where prediction markets and trading these coins are lawful for you, and only if you are not subject to sanctions.

Needs confirmation: the minimum age, the list of restricted countries, and whether the site blocks them by location.

3.Risks

You can lose all the ETH you put in. Coins of losing outcomes are worth nothing. Coin prices and the size of the pot change with every trade, and estimates shown on the site are not guarantees.

Results come from Polymarket's resolution of each question. Settlement is a transaction sent by Popping's resolver after the market's deadline. Smart contracts can contain bugs.

Needs confirmation: what happens if Polymarket voids, reverses or never resolves a question, and whether the contracts have been independently audited.

4.Fees

Each trade pays a 1% pool fee, which stays with the market's pools and becomes part of the pot. At settlement Popping takes a platform fee of 5% of the pot; the winners split the remaining 95%. Launching a market is free; the platform pays the gas. You pay your own network gas for trades.

5.Your wallet

Popping never holds your private keys or your funds outside the contracts. You are responsible for your wallet and for every transaction you sign.

6.No advice

Nothing on Popping is investment, legal or tax advice.

7.Acceptable use

Don't manipulate markets, abuse rate limits, or attack the site or the contracts.

8.Liability

The site and contracts are provided as they are, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Needs confirmation: the full limitation of liability, governing law and dispute terms (counsel to draft).

9.Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Needs confirmation: who operates Popping and how users can contact the operator.
